Lorraine follows GMB on weekday mornings between 9am and 10am when the This Morning Team take over.
Lorraine Kelly’s eponymous show continues the theme of news focused stories, but with more emphasis on interviews and more light hearted showbiz news.
Like on GMB earlier, Andi Peters continues to promote the breakfast competition a couple more times during the hour, but often with a little less interaction than with the GMB presenters.
As the competitions are almost always shared with GMB, they’re very high value prizes.
Lorraine’s competition segments direct viewers to enter in the usual four ways:
- Premium rate phone number
- Premium rate text message
- Online paid entry via ITV Win
- Free postal entry
The Current Lorraine Competition
The latest Lorraine prize draw has a prize of £120,000 cash to win.
Entry Routes To Win £120,000 cash
The cost of each of the entry alternatives described above are:
Phone | £2.00 |
Text (SMS) | £2.00 |

Closing Dates For Entering To Win £120,000 cash
The closing dates for ITV competitions vary depending on how you enter, with a few exceptions such as the free prize draws like Free Cash Friday.
Typically, online, phone and text message entries will close mid afternoon on the Friday at the end of the week that the competition is shown on TV. Postal entries normally then have until the afternoon of the following Thursday to arrive.
While that’s a general rule of thumb, it’s a good idea to check each competition you want to enter as they can vary from time to time. The competition to win £120,000 cash closes as follows:
Phone | 17th May 2024 at 2:00pm |
Text (SMS) | 17th May 2024 at 2:00pm |
Online | 17th May 2024 at 2:00pm |
Post | 23rd May 2024 at 4:00pm |
How To Enter This Week’s Lorraine Competition
To enter the prize draw, you’ll need to follow the instructions for one of those four entry methods. The terms and conditions covering all four are available on the website – just follow the link in the online entry section below and click the terms and conditions link.
Let’s address the entry types in order…
Lorraine Competition Phone Number
Entry by phone simply requires you to call a number and follow the instructions. That can be from either a landline or mobile phone, and will cost a set amount for this competition of £2.00 plus any applicable fees from your phone provider.
The phone number to call is 09068 78 5557, and you’ll need to lodge your entry ahead of the closing date on 17th May 2024 at 2:00pm.
Lorraine Competition Text Number
There’s a similar process for the SMS (Text) entry route. This method costs £2.00 plus your standard message rate, and requires a message to be sent to 65557.
The message should read one of either:
- WINNER
- WINNER NO INFO
If you use the first message of ‘WINNER‘ you’ll receive future messages to tell you about ITV competitions. If you end the message NO INFO, you’ll be opting out of those ads.
Whichever message you use, get your entry in to the competition before 17th May 2024 at 2:00pm to get your entry counted.
Lorraine Competition Online Entry
By entering online, you’ll know that your entry will be valid, as competitions disappear from the ITV Win site once they reach the closing date deadline. In addition, there’s some added extras you get for entering online.
- Winsday Tickets
Every time you pay for a competition entry through the ITV Win portal, you’ll get an entry into the following Wednesday’s Winsday draw (up to a maximum of 30 entries). - Bonus Tokens
A paid entry gets you 20 bonus tokens, which can be exchanged for entries into the Tokens competitions on the ITV Win portal. - Special Offers
If you enter competitions multiple times, you can get extra free entries. For example, at the time of writing, 3 entries bought together will get you 3 extra entries into some paid competitions, giving you six entries for the price of three.
The entry page on ITV’s website is located here for the competition to win £120,000 cash.
You’ll also be able to read the full terms and conditions of entry from that page.
An entry will cost £2.00 through the website and must be completed by 17th May 2024 at 2:00pm.
Lorraine Competition Postal Entry
The postal entry is the cheapest way to get into the draw. While it’s free to enter, you will need to pay for a stamp.
All you need to do is write your name and phone number on a piece of paper and address an envelope to the following address:
BK 16
PO Box 7558
Derby
DE1 0NQ
Place a first or second class stamp on the envelope, and post it far enough ahead of the deadline to arrive in time. The closing date for this competition is 23rd May 2024 at 4:00pm.
